Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains what information eSIMforInternet (operated by BoostYou Technologies LLC) collects when you use our website and buy an eSIM, and how we use it. We collect only what we need to deliver your eSIM and support you.

1. Information we collect

  • Order details: your email address, the destination and plan you choose, and the order amount.
  • Payment confirmation: a transaction reference from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Support messages: your name, email, order number and what you tell us.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited — see Analytics and Cookies below.
  • Campaign data: how you reached us (e.g. UTM parameters or a partner referral code).

2. How we use it

  • To deliver your eSIM and send your QR code and installation details.
  • To process payments, prevent fraud and handle refunds.
  • To answer support requests.
  • To understand which pages and destinations help travelers, and improve the site (with your consent).
  • To measure advertising and credit partners who referred you (with your consent where required).

3. Orders and eSIM providers

To activate your eSIM, we pass the minimum order information needed to our eSIM connectivity provider. Your eSIM connects to third-party mobile networks, which process connection data under their own policies.

4. Payment processors

Payments are handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor (such as Stripe). Card details go directly to the processor and never reach our servers.

5. Analytics

With your consent, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google) to understand how the site is used. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google tags respect your choice.
  • Yandex Metrica (Yandex) for aggregated usage statistics.

These tools are only loaded after you accept analytics cookies.

6. Meta (Facebook) advertising

With your marketing consent, we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure our ads. For purchases, we may send Meta a hashed (SHA-256) version of your email address, the order value and the product purchased. Meta cannot read the original email from the hash. Without marketing consent, nothing is sent to Meta.

7. Cookies

Essential cookies keep checkout and your order page working. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. See our Cookie Policy — you can change your choice at any time from the footer.

8. Customer support

When you contact us, we use your message and contact details to help you, and keep the conversation for up to 24 months after the last reply.

9. Service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, payments, eSIM provisioning, email delivery and analytics. They process data only on our instructions or under their own privacy terms where they act independently.

10. Data retention

Order records are kept for up to 7 years for accounting, tax and dispute purposes. Analytics data is retained according to each tool's settings.

11. International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

12. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
