Terms of Service

We sell prepaid mobile data plans delivered as eSIM profiles for use while traveling. You receive a QR code and manual activation details after payment.

You're responsible for choosing the right destination and plan for your trip. Plans work only in the country or region listed.

Your device must support eSIM and be carrier-unlocked. Please check device compatibility before buying. We can't refund purchases made for incompatible or locked devices unless required by law.

We don't own or operate mobile networks. Your eSIM uses third-party operators at your destination.

Coverage and speed depend on local carrier conditions, your device, your location, network congestion and network availability. 5G is available only where the local network and your device support it. We don't guarantee a specific speed or uninterrupted coverage.

Each plan shows when it starts (for example, on first connection at your destination). Install the eSIM within the period shown on the plan. Most eSIMs can be installed only once — don't delete them before your trip ends.

A plan is valid for the number of days shown from activation, or until the data allowance is used — whichever comes first. Unused data doesn't carry over.

Unlimited plans are subject to the fair-use policy shown on each plan: a high-speed allowance, after which speed is reduced. Hotspot, calls and SMS are available only when a plan says so.

Prices are shown in the listed currency and charged in full at checkout by our payment processor. Your bank may add its own fees for foreign-currency payments.

Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

Please enter your email correctly. We aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect details, but we'll help recover your order where we can.

Temporary outages of partner networks may happen. If a network problem prevents you from using your plan, contact us and we'll review it under our Refund Policy.

We aren't liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, network failures of third parties or power outages.

Don't use the service for illegal activity, spam, network abuse, reselling without permission, or anything that breaks local laws or the operator's rules. We may suspend service for misuse.

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan concerned. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Operators may change their networks, coverage or technical rules. Where this affects a plan, we'll update plan information and help affected customers.

We may update plans, prices and these terms. The terms in force when you placed your order apply to that order.
